In order handle the massive growth (members and platforms) here at IBOtoolbox, we have hired a new member of the team!
Introducing Joel Atkins Helpdesk supervisor and IBO operations specialist.
In just a few days Joel was able to start to get a handle on our backlog of Support Tickets, assisted members on getting their profiles setup, walks various members through the different platforms, and helped to bring back the "support" for IBO platforms.
Our New HelpDesk will do the following:
1. Handle any of your support needs for any IBO platform.
2. In the evening hours, we will be available via LIVE CHAT (@ 4-11 EST) to help you with any IBO related issue you have.
3. Starting in the next few days, We will be available via SKYPE and PHONE to handle any IBO issues you have.
4. Joel also has the unique ability to build custom packages (credits, coins, VIP days, clubibo Months etc...). He has even setup a few members already with HUGE discounts just to get them started and on track with their business. Tell Joel to work you a deal!
